The poetic words of verse 10-11 describe what it’s like when you begin to sense God’s blessing on you. When He begins to transform your atmosphere of despair into hope and life.

Love and loyalty
will come together;
goodness and peace
will unite.
Loyalty will sprout
from the ground;
justice will look down
from the sky above.
Psalm 85:10-11

When the Lord begins to restore us, we become fruitful again. Our decisions to live in a “right way” according to His will has attracted his blessing.

The psalmist is saying, “we’ve come back to Lord, please come back to us”!

Thank you Lord for how you lovingly respond to us as we draw near to you.
